XAMUN 2024 will be held at Club Himalaya in Nagarkot, Nepal, a venue combining luxurious modern comforts and stunning Himalayan views. With its state-of-the-art conference facilities and tranquil atmosphere, it provides an ideal environment for educational events like MUN conferences, ensuring a productive and inspiring experience for all participants. We are committed to making XAMUN 2024 an exceptional experience, offering a luxurious and welcoming environment to relax after the intensive committee meetings. The lodging, food, and transport to and from the venue for the three-day, two-night event will be covered by the Registration Fee with no extra charges. 

This year, we have structured registration into three pricing tiers based on the date of registration:

Early bird registration: Rs. 15,000 from July 6th to July 21st

Normal registration: Rs. 17,000 from July 22nd to August 3rd

Late registration: Rs. 18,000 from August 3rd to August 10th

International delegates:

Asian and South Asian – 175$
outside Asia – 185$

Please note that the registration for each tier will close at 11:59 PM on the respective dates. The payment must be made within the specified dates to redeem the respective prices. 

To confirm your participation as a delegate, please complete the registration form with correct and verifiable details, and complete the fee payment. Payment details are as follows:

Upon verification of your participation, you will be assigned a committee and a country, and the necessary materials will be sent to you to prepare for the Xavier Academy Model UN 2024.
